Our client is an engineering services company that distributes generators, fire detection and suppression systems, and air conditioners throughout Kenya. It has branches in Nairobi and Mombasa.
The Company requires the services of a Technical Supervisor with good knowledge of the power and building industries. The Technical Supervisor will be in charge of the following: -
Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining business relationships with clients, architects and consulting engineers.
Carrying out sales visits to potential clients and advising the Company and its clients on related
engineering matters.
Installation and servicing of generators, fire alarms and air conditioners.
Supervision of a team of 20 technical personnel.
Ensure high levels of product knowledge with key industry decision makers
Qualification and experience
University Graduate or Higher National Diploma in electrical engineering.
Two to three years industry experience.
Essential skills and experience include project management.
Sound written and oral communication skills, business management skills.
Ability to anticipate problems and generate innovative solutions.
Highly motivated, ambitious and self driven individuals are sought.
