Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting an Assistant Brand Manager with experience in consultancy for one of its clients.
The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for the following:-
Closely monitor and analyze market share trends and competitive activity;
Assist in the development and execution of various initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters;
Assist in the identification and development of business building ideas and work with other business
unit team members to execute the plans that meet the clients criteria;Coordinate product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, product planning, market research and advertising agencies)
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in relevant field;
Understanding of market research;
2 – 3 years working experience;
Analytical and problem solving skills;
Communication skills (written and oral);
Multifunctional skill base (financial, operations as well as marketing);
Persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas;
High level of initiative and assertiveness;
Accuracy and attention to detail; Strong verbal and written skills;
Excellent organizational skills.
