Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
         Responsible for all analysis and selection of MIS customer data in order to provide the relevant customer information inputs for the research programme.
         Responsible for developing and executing a customer segmentation to inform field research, and providing a synthesized view to research partners.
         Responsible for analyzing the relationship between the detailed payment performance data of customers and the feedback and findings from the infield quant and qual research.
         Responsible for developing key findings and concrete recommendations (backed up by statistical evidence).
         Produce succinct management reports for the company and business partners.
         Acting as key interface with the research agency to ensure that they have the relevant customer information.

Qualification and experience
         A relevant qualification in social sciences or mathematics/statistics (minimum bachelors Degree, Masters preferred)
         Very strong analytical and statistical skills and application of these skills in a business environment.
         Experience analyzing large sets of raw data and developing statistical models
         Experience developing key findings and recommendations from data analysis.
         Project management experience
         Excellent spoken and written English
         High proficiency in Excel including statistical functions
