Introduction
Reporting to Technical Assurance & Quality Manager, the ideal candidate should possess vast knowledge in innovation initiatives and benchmarking against local and global trends and managing commercialization of research outputs.
Minimum Requirements
The Job
The jobholder is responsible for technical innovation, research and development programs, coordinating any research and development strategic goals the company is working towards, planning research processes and ensuring full utilization of the company’s research facilities and equipments.
The Person
The ideal candidate should be a holder of a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Sciences (Geology/Physics/Chemistry/Environmental Science) with a minimum seven (7) years working experience, with a good understanding of the business environment. Masters in Science (MSc.) will be an added advantage.
Possession of a post graduate diploma in project Management.
Proven ability of managing Institutional collaboration.
HeShe must be Ms Office proficient.
Good Leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills.
