Operations and management of the sales outlets.
Developing and leading the sales staff in order to achieve corporate budget
Managing costs and debt collection in the retail outlets
Developing and managing relationships with corporate clients within Kenya Managing customer services
Assisting in the development and implementation of product strategies, advertising and sales promotion
Assisting in the development of corporate and product brands
Qualification and experience
Candidates should be graduates in Commerce with preference for sales/ marketing.
Professional qualifications in sales and/or Marketing such as CIM Diploma will be an added advantage.
At least four years experience in sales and marketing in an FMCG environment
People management skills including target setting and performance monitoring
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team working and ability to network effectively
An ambitious and a self starter with potential to grow to higher positions in the organisation.
