Job Purpose
Provision of efficient and quality audit services

Key Responsibilities

• Promote efficient and quality audit services.
• Plan, manage and supervise audit reviews.
• Develop and maintain internal controls.
• Formulate audit management policies, procedures, regulations and auditing systems.
• Periodic audit of Hospital processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Audit option)
• Must have CPA or its equivalent
• Must be registered with ICPACK.
• Must be conversant with computerised audit packages
• Possession of CIA or CISA is desirable.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
• Working experience of at least five (5) years progressive experience in a large organization.

• Those in supervisory positions (K7 and above) must have proven experience in leading successful teams).
• Attention to details.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages and relevant software’s.

Basic salary for the positions range as follows:

• K7-KShs. 45,021 ? 2,251 – 47,272 ? 2,364 – 56,728 pm (Doctors / Dentists / Pharmacists)
• K7-KShs. 45,021 ? 2,251 – 47,272 ? 2,364 – 56,728 pm. (Other Staff).
