The Research and Sponsored Projects Office ( RSPO ) is the office co-owned by Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital ( MTRH ) and Moi University that is responsible for administration and financial management of externally funded grants and contracts including the recently awarded AMPATH Plus grant funded by USAID AMPATH will be strengthening the RSPO by developing written policies and procedures as well as installing an Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) system to ensure efficiency, timeliness, transparency and integrity in the administration and management of various donor grants FINANCE MANAGER Roles The Finance Manager will be responsible for the Financial Management of the AMPATH Plus Program including forecasting, budgeting and actual expenditure monitoring.
